Adventure Aquarium in Camden, NJ
We visited the fabulous
Adventure Aquarium
just on the other side of Philadelphia in Camden, NJ. It has
four great touch tanks - starfish, sharks, rays and jellyfish.
It also has a shark tank tunnel, hippos, penguins, seals, and birds
to hand feed in addition to all the fish.
Standing just outside the aquarium
looking across the Delaware River into Philadelphia.

This was the awesome shark tunnel.
I could have stayed in here for hours and hours.

We also really loved watching the
mesmerizing jellyfish.

the White Spotted Shark touch tank

starfish-sea cucumber-sea
urchin-shrimp-crab-touch tank - the water was freezing cold!

moon jellyfish touch tank - they
don't have stingers, they just catch and eat plankton

the sting ray touch tank

The little blue fish went into a feeding
frenzy over the hippo poop - good stuff in there apparently.

After the aquarium, we decided to picnic
by the boats and then check out the
Battleship New Jersey.

but, unfortunately, by the time we got
there it was closed - missed it by 3 minutes - ugh.

We ate supper at our new favorite
gluten-free option restaurant,
Maggiano's.

YUM!!!

Chef Gabriel and Sous Chef Louis ROCK!!!
They can basically make anything you want there and make it gluten free!
