Bubble Bomb

Using baking soda and vinegar, you can pop a plastic bag with the power of fizz.  Exact directions here.

                               2 tablespoons of baking soda                                      3/4 cup of vinegar

place in baggie and seal (without dropping baking soda packet into the vinegar)

                                 drop in backing soda packet and watch                           the carnage

The kids thought it was an AWESOME experiment.
